under construction

This is a work in progress I'm trying to figure out html and css to make my own website. my goal is to link all my work together and have it make more sense via a website. I dont know how long it'll be under construction for. Maybe itll be just till its in a state that i consider ready enough or maybe longer. I also want it to work on both mobile and desktop so thats a thing im figuring out.
